Conveyor keeps the sides of the filter lean to the internal pleating, for a settable time, necessary for the solidification of the glue.

– Machine can work filters with a Width range 50 / 650 mm, maximum Height 130 mm

– Length of the Conveyor Belts 6000 mm

– Belt transport system arranged in parallel to the left and right with synchronous gearbox

– A support surface approximately 1000 x 500 mm (W x D) with a fixed side latch and a movable sliding latch is fixed in front of the conveyor belts inlet and another similar at the exit

– Working Height 900 mm

– The drive, one for both conveyor belts, with synchronous mechanical operation is
continuously adjustable with a frequency converter from 0. to 1.4 m/min

– Mobile subframe, in aluminium profile, with 4 Swivel Wheels with stop function

– “Emergency Stop Button” applied on the inlet and at the exit
