Chocolate Coating Equipment

Machine coats chocolate the waffle cones for an adjustable height and decorates them.

It is equipped of a melting tank of 150 Lt capacity, a chain conveyor with grippers to block the waffle cones arranged in No. 8 lanes, a heated tank for chocolate, where the waffle cones come dipped for an adjustable height, a system to put the sprinkle on the waffle cones (deposit done perpendicular to the external surface of the waffle cones as they turn on themselves), a cooling tunnel.

Solid chocolate is placed in the melting tank, then brought to the melting temperature, and automatically sent to the tank for chocolate by a pump.

Machine is equipped with a series of grippers to move the waffle cones, suitable for blocking most of the waffle cones models.

An operator manages to follow the machine: he has the task of inserting the waffle cones into the conveyor grippers, removing those already processed and placing them in the boxes for packaging.
