The machine is fixed to the side of the cooling tower for the waffle cones; machine represented in the picture has a stock of cone sleeves to 4 lanes, but this can be customized to suit your needs.
The machine can pick up cone sleeves of various sizes: this can be done by replacing some components.
The strong point of this machine is the ability to take a series of cone sleeves (one per line) and put these on the waffle cones present in the cooling tower.
