SM mod. 1211 – Machine Stretches Various Types of Bands and Waistbands of Different Materials.

In the machine can pass multiple bands simultaneously, for a width of maximum working range of 240 mm.

The bands, before entering in the machine, pass through a comb that straightens them, and hold them with a certain tension, and then are threaded in the respective waistband folders.

The combination of the effects of thermic and pressure, generate the stretching of the bands.
According to the above combination, the bands may be obtained by different percentages of stretch.

The operator turns the machine ON, sets the temperature and the working speed based on the type of band to be working, and awaits the signal machine “ready”.

In the meantime, he prepares the rolls of bands to be working , and threading them in various steps.

When the machine is ready for the working process, the operator takes the bands in the last step and then, every so often checks the result of the processing.

For some types of bands / waistbands, it is sometimes necessary to repeat the processing from 1 to 3 times, in order to obtain the percentage of stretch desired.
