This equipment can be used to produce the following end products:

  • Trimming the Wire Length

  • Flexible Control Cable Trimming

  • Wire Length Trimming

The equipment performs the mechanical cutting of the cable assembled in the transmission.

The excess length of the rope is cut with this equipment.

The equipment consists of an aluminum base on feet on which the following units are applied:
– a sliding vice on a ball guide
– a pair of interchangeable knives
– a template (adjustable in its position) for inserting the transmission
– a pneumatic cylinder for the actuation of the vice
– a pneumatic pedal to control the cylinder
– a totalizer for counting the cycles performed
