This equipment can be used to produce the following end products:

  • Stud on the Rope

  • Various Diameters Stud

The equipment performs the stud on the rope of various diameters.

Such is composed of:
– a manual or pedal control;
– a pneumatic vice operated pneumatically with timer;
– a mechanical system, with widia punch, for the execution of the boss pneumatically controlled;
– a series of interchangeable matrices based on the diameter of the rope;
– a totalizer for counting the pieces performed;

The operator inserts the rope in the vice, holding it against a mechanical stop, then presses the pedal to execute the work cycle.

At the end of the operation he must remove the rope.
