Equipment for Inserting the Sheath Cap into the Sheat Series EAT

This equipment can be used to produce the following end products:

  • Inserting Sheath Cap

  • Sheath Cap

The equipment selects the sheath head present in the vibrator by orienting them in the same direction to be automatically inserted into the sheath.

This is composed of an aluminum base on feet on which the following units are applied:
– a cup vibrator with controller
– a system for orienting the sheath caps
– a duct for conveying the sheath end caps into the insertion unit
– a pneumatic control panel for the management of the work cycle

– work cycle execution time: about 0.2 sec.

The operator inserts the sheath into the bush until it touches the sensor that starts the work cycle.

At the end he must extract the sheath from the bush.
