EMC-1 – Equipment for Mechanical Cutting Wire

The equipment performs the mechanical cutting of the steel or stainless steel cable.

The equipment consists of:
– a painted iron bench having dimensions of 2000x800xH880 mm which the mechanical cutting unit is fixed to one side;
– an iron support with pneumatic cylinder controlled by a pedal;
– a cutting unit with interchangeable shear;
– an adjustable support stop, to change the cutting length;
– a pneumatic pedal to control the cutting unit;
– a totalizer for counting the cycles performed;

The equipment is suitable for cutting steel or stainless steel wire rope with coating from D.0,0 to D.2,0 mm.
