The equipment carries out the assembly by interlocking the lever consisting of various elements.
The equipment consists of an aluminum structure on feet in which the following units are applied:
– a pneumatic pressing cylinder
– a manually sliding trolley with a template for inserting the parts to be assembled
– a two-hand command for starting the work cycle;
– a pneumatic control panel

The operator inserts the parts into the template, then pushes the trolley towards the inside of the equipment, and finally presses the two-hand control to execute the work cycle .
At the end of the operation, he extracts the trolley and removes the assembled lever.
